Birth is a natural process, and generally experts do not approve of any measure/medicines being taken to control a natural process because it harms patient’s body to a very high degree. If you want to protect yourself from these side effects, birth control pills must be avoided at all costs, and you must find an alternate to them after having discussed it with a doctor.
