Home Remedies

  1. Use warm water
    You can remove some your hard skin from your feet and heels by simply sopping your feet in some warm water with a little sea salt in it. The water will soften the skin and it will make it easier to remove the hard, dead skin with a pumice stone.
    2. Massage of Shea butter
    Massage a substantial amount of Shea butter into your feet and heels and then, cover with clean socks before you go to bed. Leave Shea butter on overnight and it will penetrate deep into the dry skin, it will moisturize your feet and is ideal for cracked heels.
  2. Use Avocado and Banana
    Squash one ripe banana and one ripe avocado and apply the paste to your feet and heels. Leave it on for about fifteen or twenty minutes before washing off with warm water. If you repeat this treatment on a daily basis, you will soon have smooth and crack free feet.
  3. Massage of Olive oil 
    Massaging olive oil into your heels will provide a deep down moisturizing effect. Massage some extra virgin olive oil into your heels and leave it on for thirty five minutes or one hour. After an hour, wash your feet in some lukewarm water and repeat daily, until your feet transform into soft and silky smooth.
  4. Solution of honey, sesame oil and Lemon juice
    Soak your feet in a mix of honey, sesame oil and lemon juice solution for ten or fifteen minutes and then, scrub them lightly with a sponge or pumice stone to remove the dead skin. Your feet will thank you.
  5. Drink pure water sufficiently
    One of the reasons that your feet can crack is through dehydration. Be sure to always drink plenty of pure water to hydrate you and cool you down, especially during the sunny summer months, so that your whole system and, especially, your skin stay hydrated.
  6. Use almond oil
    Warm some paraffin wax with some sweet almond oil and mix it into a smooth paste. After giving your feet a scrub first, apply the paste over your feet, cover with socks and leave on overnight, before washing off in the morning.
  7. Exfoliate your feet
    Try the mixture containing one tablespoon of finely ground oatmeal, one tablespoon of raw honey, two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients into a fine paste and rub it into your heels. Do it regularly and soon you will see an amazing difference.
  8. Lemon and Egg mask
    Mix one egg yolk, one tablespoon of Lyme juice and one teaspoon of rice flour. Apply this mask to your feet after a warm water soak and keep in on for fifteen or twenty minutes, before washing off; then apply Shea butter or your favorite moisturizer and enjoy beautiful and soft feet.
  9. Vexed apple for soothing fractured heels
    Grate one medium apple, mix it with a couple of teaspoons of honey and apply as a mask to your dry feet and heels; keep it on for fifteen or twenty minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
