  1. I am insulin dependent for the last 12 years and injecting 40 units in morning and 30 in evening.weight is incrase slightly but glucose level is also being out of controle(i.e 250 to 300).kindly suggest about its control

      Please take 6 glass of water in morning when u wake up. Please dont eat any thing before and after 1 hr, taking the water. Walk almost 1 hr daily in morning and night. have a sleep after lunch. You will see, your sugar will be in normal. Also eat fresh vegitables.
